Curl Prep Instructions

To ensure the best results, please arrive with your hair in its natural state—clean, dry, and tangle-free. Avoid wearing hats, clips, headbands, ponytails, buns, twists, braids, or anything that could alter your curl pattern. Please also refrain from using oils or heavy products that feel greasy to the touch. For best results, avoid straightening your curls before your appointment.

Following these steps helps us give you the best possible service! If hair prep guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to reschedule at your stylist’s discretion.

Tardiness Policy

We understand that things happen! If you're running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to keep our schedule on track. This will be determined based on appointment type and at your stylist’s discretion.

Redo Policy

We want you to love your hair! If you need any adjustments, please request a redo within 7 days of your original appointment.

  • If your stylist was unable to achieve what was discussed and agreed upon during your consultation, they’ll be happy to make adjustments at no additional cost.

  • If you’ve changed your mind or would like something different than what was originally agreed upon, a new appointment will be required at full price.

Please call the salon to request a redo.

Cancellation Policy

You will receive two emails regarding your appointment:

  1. A confirmation that your appointment has been scheduled.

  2. A final approval email from us.

Please be sure to receive both before your appointment! If you don’t see them, give us a call at 203-787-9171 so we can assist you.

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. No-shows and same-day cancellations will require full payment of the previous service to rebook. We appreciate your understanding!
